This Policy supplements and forms part of the Powero Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail.
1. The app
The App is free to download and use. However, certain features and content within the App may be acquired using virtual in-app currency ("Virtual Currency"), as described in Section 7 of the Terms. This Policy explains how Virtual Currency and Virtual Items work, what you are paying for, and what limitations apply.
2. Eligibility
To make a Purchase (as defined below), you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are a minor permitted to use the Services under Section 3.3 of the Terms, any Purchase must be made by, or with the express consent of, your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by this Policy and the Terms on your behalf.
3. Virtual Currency
Virtual Currency may be acquired by: (a) purchasing it with real money ("Purchase"), either directly from Powero or through an App Store; or (b) earning it by completing in-app activities within the Services. All Virtual Currency, regardless of how it is acquired, is stored on your account balance ("Virtual Currency Balance").
Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value, is not real currency, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash, nor can it be used in other apps. Virtual Currency does not constitute your personal property and does not accrue interest or other earnings. Your Virtual Currency Balance is not a bank account or a payment instrument of any kind.
Virtual Currency cannot be sold, transferred, traded, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party through any means.
4. Virtual Items
The App may offer virtual items, including but not limited to digital cards, card packs (themed or randomized), and other in-app features (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items may be acquired via Virtual Currency which can come from the Purchase of Virtual Currency or through completing in-app activities. The acquisition of Virtual Items does not create any property right, ownership interest, or other entitlement in or to such items. All Virtual Items remain the property of Powero and/or its licensors. Virtual Items, including digital cards, cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or assigned to any third party.
Virtual Items are provided for educational and self-development purposes only. In accordance with Section 10 of the Terms, all Virtual Items are provided on an "as is" basis. Powero does not guarantee that any Virtual Item will lead to specific learning outcomes, qualifications, employment, or professional advancement.
5. Randomized Content
Certain Virtual Items, such as card packs, contain a randomized selection of digital cards. Themed card packs contain cards within a specific subject area; other card packs may contain cards from any available theme. In all cases, the specific cards included in a card pack are determined at the time of opening through an automated randomization process and cannot be known in advance.
By acquiring a card pack, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are obtaining a license to access a randomized selection of cards, not any specific card or combination of cards; (b) the outcome of the randomization is final; and (c) dissatisfaction with the specific cards received does not constitute a failure to deliver services and is not grounds for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Powero may at its own discretion publish rarity distributions and content probability information applicable to card packs. Any such published rates are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change in accordance with Section 6 of this Policy.
6. Modifications
Powero reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, rebalance, substitute, suspend, or remove any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items at any time and without prior notice or liability to you. This includes altering the characteristics, availability, pricing, or perceived value of any Virtual Currency, digital card, card pack, or other Virtual Item. We will give you reasonable notice of any changes to Purchase pricing by posting new prices within the App, by email, or by other prominent means. Such modifications shall not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or other recourse.
7. Forfeiture
In the event of termination or suspension of your Profile, whether by you or by Powero pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Terms, or in the event of your violation of this Policy or the Terms, all Virtual Items and Virtual Currency associated with your account, including any unused Virtual Currency Balance, may be forfeited. No refund or compensation shall be provided for any forfeited Virtual Items or Virtual Currency, except as required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
8. Refunds
All Purchases are final. Powero will not refund any Purchase once it has been made, and Purchases cannot be canceled, except as required by mandatory provisions of applicable law or at Powero's sole discretion (see Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions of Use). Virtual Items acquired by redeeming Virtual Currency (such as card packs or individual cards) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Powero cannot process refunds for Purchases made through App Stores.
If you made a Purchase directly through the Powero website, please refer to Section 7 of the Terms or contact us at info@powero.app.
Note for EU residents: If you are a user residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a Purchase without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such Purchase. However, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your Purchase and the applicable Virtual Currency is delivered to your Virtual Currency Balance. After delivery, you will not be eligible for a withdrawal-based refund unless the digital content is defective.
